Adam Ellis Train (“the developer”) operates the Budbud mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the app.

Information Collected

Budbud does not collect any personal information, analytics, telemetry, or usage data. The app does not track how you use it, and the developer has no access to any of the financial data you enter.

Data Storage

All data you enter into Budbud, including your budget information, transactions, and financial records, is stored locally on your device. The developer has no access to this data, and it never leaves your device except as described below.

iCloud Sync

Budbud uses iCloud to sync and back up your data. This feature is enabled by default and cannot be disabled within the app. If you wish to disable iCloud sync, you may do so through your device’s Settings. Your Budbud data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit framework, is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, and is accessible only to you through your Apple ID. The developer has no access to your iCloud data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Budbud offers optional subscription purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. No payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details are collected, processed, or stored by the developer. Third-Party Services

Budbud does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The app contains no SDKs or code that transmits your data to third parties.

Push Notifications

Budbud does not send push notifications and does not request notification permissions.

Children’s Privacy

Budbud does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
